A Law Bulletin full-day MCLE event

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CSTThe Law Bulletin is working with an Advisory Board of the top Real Estate Attorneys in Illinois to put together a full-day MCLE Real Estate Law Conference on October 4, 2007.
The Conference will have three tracks to meet specific practice area needs. One track will cover residential real estate issues, including financing, title insurance, negotiations, ethics, zoning, construction, and more. A second track will address commercial/industrial concerns, including financing, environmental standards, due diligence in transactions, title, zoning, sustainable design, and more. Finally, the third track will address issues that span all practice areas or are independent, such as 1031 exchanges, negotiating AIA contracts, agricultural transactions, residential and commercial condominiums, real estate tax, ADR for real estate transactions, and more.

The conference will provide you with over 5.5 MCLE credit hours, some of which should qualify as professional responsibility credits.
