Howard L. Kramer, leader of Schiff Hardin's Securities and Futures Market Regulation Group, will speak at the second annual FIA/OIC New York Equity Options Conference. Mr. Kramer is chair of the session, "Hot Topics in Compliance," and he also serves on the conference’s steering committee. The conference is scheduled for September 19 and 20 at the Grand Hyatt in New York City.
