His presentation — "The State Law/Trust Interface" — will examine how courts and legislatures will deal with the substantial resources that are coming on line as the wave of Chapter 11 cases filed in 2000-2003 begin to wind down? They will look at how trusts deal with changes in state law? And examine whether defendants can get "credit" in the tort system for trust payments?
