Henry W. Sledz Jr., a partner in Schiff Hardin's Labor and Employment Group, will speak at the American Bar Association (ABA) Forum on the Construction Industry's Annual Meeting: "Don't Tell Me What I Should Have Done — What Do I Do Now? Confronting the Unexpected."  Mr. Sledz's session is "Workshop A: Dealing with Strikes and Other Labor Unrest."

This three-day program addresses advanced strategies for dealing with often unanticipated problems arising during the construction process and beyond. Experienced and knowledgeable speakers from across the country will discuss practical tips and mechanisms, drawn from personal experience, for dealing with a variety of challenges that may arise during the construction process. Attendees will receive materials to help them provide timely and informed counsel and to prepare quick and confident responses to meet clients’ needs.
