Jonathan Friedland, a partner in Schiff Hardin's Restructuring, Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Group, will moderate the session "The Bankruptcy Sale Process, Part II: Conducting the Auction, Post-Auction Challenges and Bids, and the Sale Confirmation Hearing and Order" at the American Bankruptcy Institute's (ABI) 26th Annual Spring Meeting.

The ABI's Annual Meeting will be held at the Renaissance Hotel in Washington, D.C. on April 3-6, 2008. CLE credits are available.
