William M. Hannay, leader of Schiff Hardin's Antitrust and Trade Regulation Group, will speak at the Practising Law Institute's "Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 2008: Coping with Heightened Enforcement Risks" program. Mr. Hannay's session is "The Nuts and Bolts of Conducting an Internal Investigation."

Mr. Hannay is the co-author of "The Nuts and Bolts of Conducting an FCPA Internal Investigation" with Patricia Brown Holmes, leader of Schiff Hardin's White Collar Crime and Corporate Compliance Group.

This program, taught by a faculty of leading practitioners and government regulators, aims to give participants the background and tools needed to spot issues early, develop workable risk management processes and implement effective compliance programs.

The program will be held at the University of Chicago's Gleacher Center in downtown Chicago. CLE credits are available.
