David H. Williams, leader of Schiff Hardin's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group and Coordinating Partner of Schiff Hardin's Atlanta office, will speak at the "New Regs – A Tall Order For Cafeteria Plans" workshop presented by Swerdlin & Company The workshop is scheduled for April 24 at The Palisades Office Park in Atlanta.

Mr. Williams, along with Cynthia Navan-Clark and Glenda Devechio of Swerdlin & Company, will speak on the latest regulatory changes in the cafeteria plan world and how these changes affect POPs, FSAs, HSAs and HRAs. The workshop will cover how the changes affect cafeteria plans, what needs to be done, and new debit card regulations.
