Barry S. Alberts, a partner in Schiff Hardin's Litigation Group, will speak at the "Legal Ethics: Solutions to the Most Common Challenges" half-day seminar sponsored by the National Business Institute. Mr. Alberts' session is "Identifying and Avoiding Conflicts of Interest." The seminar will be held at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Chicago.

Mr. Alberts' session will focus on the types of conflicts of interest, the consequences of conflicts of interest, the attorney-client relationship, vicarious disqualification, and motions for disqualification.

The seminar seeks to offer concrete answers for attorneys who deal with the tricky ethical questions facing today's legal professionals.
