Roger Pascal, a partner in Schiff Hardin's Litigation Group, will speak at the American Conference Institute (ACI) Trade Secrets Seminar: Identifying and Protecting Trade Secrets. Mr. Pascal's session is "Preventing Disclosure of Trade Secrets."

The session will focus on suitable measures for avoiding or winning trade secrets lawsuits based the theory of "inevitable disclosure" prior to the onset of litigation, as well as winning strategies in such litigation.

The seminar will be held from June 12-13 at the Hotel Nikko in San Francisco.
