Fireside Chat — SEC Regional Offices

Michael K. Wolensky, a partner in Schiff Hardin's Securities and Futures Regulation Group, will speak at the Fireside Chat, presented by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Historical Society. The session will focus on the history and work of the SEC Regional Offices since 1935, as part of the SEC Historical Society's commemoration of the 75th anniversary of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Mr. Wolensky and Mary Keefe, former SEC Regional Directors, will join moderator Professor Theresa Gabaldon, a Lyle T. Alverson Professor of Law at the George Washington University Law School.
