Friedlander, co-leader of Schiff Hardin's Construction Group, will speak at The Second Annual Conference on Illinois Construction Law 2008: Practical Advice and Tools to Problem Solve Effectively presented by the Law Seminars International. Mr. Friedlander's session is "The New AIA Documents: What You Need to Know to Continue Honing Your Skills." The session will focus on issues relating to the updated 2007 AIA contracts and consensus documents including, recent developments in the AIA form contracts, common contract provisions that owners and contractors should change, contract formation and clauses, special issues, and essential contract terms.

The conference will be held on July 10-11 at the University of Chicago Gleacher Center in downtown Chicago.
