Mr. Kelly also represents corporate clients and private equity firms and their portfolio companies in financing transactions, including representing manufacturers and distributors in the following industries:

He represents these clients in connection with a variety of financing transactions, including:
- Acquisition financings
- Asset-based loans

Previous Experience
Earlier in his career, Mr. Kelly was a commercial lending attorney at LaSalle Bank in Chicago, where he represented divisions of LaSalle Bank and the international divisions of ABN AMRO Bank in a variety of commercial financing transactions.
