Carol R. Prygrosky concentrates her practice primarily in:

In 1992, the National Law Journal selected a product liability case co-tried by Ms. Prygrosky as one of the top-10 defense verdicts in the United States.
Her experience includes:
- Defending a manufacturer of glass products in complex multi-party toxic tort litigation as well as other corporate entities, including a major public utility company
- Counseling manufacturers on a variety of product liability issues including warnings, quality control, inspection procedures and case management techniques
- Framing case strategies, pre-trial practice, including deposing lay and expert witnesses, and trial practice before state and federal courts
- Representing plaintiffs in multi-party personal injury suits, including case strategy and management and practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in all phases of pre-trial and trial work
- Heavy involvement with private party cost recovery litigation under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA)
- Counseling potentially responsible parties in connection with the cleanup of a number of Superfund sites in several states
- Pre-trial and trial representation of a major banking institution, a major public utility, a sports team and nonprofit organizations
