Fiona A. Burke concentrates her practice in the litigation, mediation and arbitration of commercial disputes, including:
- Franchise and distributor issues
- Trademark and contract enforcement matters
- Product liability and vicarious liability actions
Ms. Burke's experience includes federal court trials and arbitration in multimillion-dollar reinsurance cases, and a state court medical malpractice trial.

Pro Bono Activities
Ms. Burke has worked with clients in divorce proceedings through Chicago Volunteer Legal Services (CVLS), and with asylum clients through the National Immigrant Justice Center.
Previous Experience
During her final semester of law school, Ms. Burke assisted in drafting comments to the Illinois Rules of Professional Conduct for eventual submission to the Illinois Supreme Court. She also assisted in revising the annotations to the Illinois ethics rules on the Internet as part of the larger Legal Information Institute hosted by Cornell Law School.
