Henry Lee Mann has experience working on a wide range of corporate and securities matters, as well as intellectual property litigation.
Prior to joining Schiff Hardin, Mr. Mann was an assistant editor with a law firm in Beijing, China, where he researched and drafted memoranda on Chinese and International legal issues and translated and edited articles on various topics in Chinese intellectual property law for publication in bi-monthly English language newsletters, K&W China Bulletin and IP Bulletin.
Mr. Mann served as a legal intern for a large firm in Beijing, China.
He holds a commercial pilot certificate with multi-engine and instrument ratings.
