Neal A. Mancoff has significant experience in all aspects of designing, drafting, and qualifying various qualified and non-qualified retirement plans for large corporate and privately held clients.
These arrangements include:

- Section 401(k) plans
- Cash balance pension plans
- Money purchase pension plans

Mr. Mancoff deals extensively with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Department of Labor (DOL) in qualifying retirement plans and in handling plan audits and investigations.
He works with attorneys in our firm's Litigation Group in connection with disputes involving employee benefit plans; and with attorneys in our Corporate and Securities group regarding securities aspects of such plans. He is familiar with all employee benefits aspects of corporate and financing transactions.

- Golden parachute arrangements for senior executives of large corporate clients
