Randolph M. Perkins concentrates his practice in serving as strategic legal counsel to commercial clientele.

This role typically requires him to rapidly develop an extensive knowledge of the client's business, both in terms of its general industry and its individual operations, policies, and goals. On this basis, often directly assisting in-house general counsel, he helps clients meet various legal needs in a coordinated, cost-efficient fashion and implements legal action, whether transactional litigation or day-to-day procedures, in a practical, commercially realistic manner than is consistent with the client's business needs.

Mr. Perkins most frequently assists clients by supervising and participating in handling:

  • Domestic and international corporate and commercial transactions
  • Real estate matters
  • Business dispute resolution
  • General business counseling
  • International business restructuring and licensing matters
