Ross D. Taylor concentrates his practice in corporate finance and lending transactions. He has significant experience in structured finance and lease financing, including domestic and international single-investor, leveraged, and synthetic leases.

Mr. Taylor's practice also includes representing institutional investors in secured and unsecured privately placed debt financings, and agent banks and syndicate members in secured and unsecured credit facilities. He likewise advises clients in workout and bankruptcy matters when leases are involved.

These financings have involved representation of a wide range of lenders and lessees, including:
