Thomas K. Juffernbruch has represented commercial banks, major insurance companies, asset-based lenders and other participants in the finance markets in a variety of financing transactions and workouts. This includes leveraged, project and structured finance. He also has served as special counsel to institutional investors in privately placed financing transactions.

Mr. Juffernbruch also has significant experience in consumer financial services. He has represented and advised banks, finance subsidiaries of motor vehicle manufacturers, and independent finance companies in the preparation and review of lease, retail installment sale, and loan documentation; as well as the structuring, drafting and negotiating of motor vehicle and equipment inventory financing arrangements.
