Randolph M. Perkins concentrates his practice in serving as strategic legal counsel to commercial clientele. This role typically requires him to rapidly develop an extensive knowledge of the client’s business, both in terms of its general industry and its individual operations, policies, and goals. On this basis, he helps clients meet various legal needs in a coordinated, cost-efficient fashion and he implements legal action, whether in the form of transactions, litigation or other steps, in a practical and commercially realistic manner that is consistent with the client’s business requirements.

Mr. Perkins most frequently assists clients by supervising and participating in handling:

  • Domestic and international corporate and commercial transactions
  • Business dispute resolution
  • General business counseling
  • International business restructuring and licensing matters
