Previous Experience
While in law school, Ms. Sifuentes gained legal experience with Northwestern Law's Investor Protection Center and Complex Litigation Clinic, including representing investors in disputes with broker-dealers. Ms. Sifuentes also served as a legal intern with the United States Attorney's Office in Chicago.
While studying for the bar exam, Ms. Sifuentes served as a Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) legal fellow with Northwestern Law's Center on Wrongful Convictions and Children and Family Justice Center. As a fellow, Ms. Sifuentes was a member of a case team that achieved the successful exoneration of a client who spent eight years wrongfully incarcerated.
