Bruce P. Weisenthal concentrates his practice in public and corporate finance. He has extensive experience representing trustees in connection with issuance of corporate and municipal securities and in connection with defaulted municipal securities.
He also has experience in the area of municipal finance as:

- Issuer's counsel
- Trustee's counsel
- Special tax counsel
Mr. Weisenthal currently acts as bond counsel on numerous financings of the Illinois Finance Authority and the City of Chicago. His work encompasses a wide variety of bond financings, including:
- Single family and multi-family housing revenue bonds
- Health facility revenue bonds
- Industrial development revenue bonds
- Various municipal special purpose financings, including airport, tax increment and stadium financings
Mr. Weisenthal has wide experience in corporate finance as underwriter's counsel, borrower's counsel and lender's counsel in commercial credit transactions, with special emphasis on nuclear fuel financings and asset securitization transactions, including securitization of mortgages and trade receivables.
Mr. Weisenthal also acts as general counsel to one of the leading manufacturers of juvenile products and ready-to-assemble furniture.
