Janet M. Johnson, a partner in Schiff Hardins Real Estate, Corporate and Securities and Finance groups, will moderate a panel, "Legal Issues Impacting Real Estate," at the Illinois Real Estate Journal's 9th Annual Commercial Real Estate Forecast Conference on Tuesday, Jan. 18 at the Marriott Downtown Chicago Magnificent Mile (540 N. Michigan Avenue, Chicago). The conference will focus on various specialty areas of real estate including downtown office, suburban office, industrial, retail and investment. Ms. Johnson's panel will provide insights into the legal issues that are having the greatest impact on the industry as a whole, specifically in completing transactions and what might occur in the future.
