Linda K. Stevens, a partner in Schiff Hardin’s Litigation and Intellectual Property Practice Groups, will provide a CFAA (Computer Fraud and Abuse Act) update as part of the “Secrecy in the Age of Email and Social Media” panel at the ABA Section of Litigation’s Second Annual Intellectual Property Litigation Regional CLE Workshop on Friday, June 8, 2012. Ms. Stevens’ presentation will focus on the continuing split of authority regarding use of the CFAA to remedy theft of information.
