Schiff Hardin partner J. Mark Fisher has been appointed North America Regional Co-Vice Chair of the Bankruptcy/Insolvency Practice Group of TerraLex, a global network of law firms. Mr. Fisher will serve in this role for a three-year term.
TerraLex's Bankruptcy/Insolvency Practice Group is focused on exchanging information on bankruptcy, insolvency and creditors' rights issues in jurisdictions represented by TerraLex members and in cross border insolvency cases. As a TerraLex member, Schiff Hardin has access to the knowledge and experience of attorneys in leading law firms across the world. TerraLex is one of the largest international legal networks comprised of 155 member law firms in 100 countries with more than 17,000 attorneys.
