Joshua D. Lee, a partner in Schiff Hardin's Product Liability Group, has been appointed Chair of the Toxic Torts and Environmental Law Committee within the American Bar Association's Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section. Additionally, Mr. Lee has been appointed to the new Asbestos Fairness Task Force of the ABA's Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section.
Mr. Lee concentrates his practice on complex litigation, including product liability, mass tort and state and federal constitutional litigation. He has been a member of the American Bar Association since 2001.
The ABA's Toxic Torts and Environmental Law Committee addresses all issues relating to litigation and regulation involving toxic tort, hazardous waste, chemical and pharmaceutical exposure. It also studies environmental liability matters, compliance with environmental laws, and insurance coverage relating to these issues.
