Schiff Hardin LLP Welcomes Richard M. Liebman as Of Counsel in the Real Estate Group of the New York Office

Richard M. Liebman has joined Schiff Hardin LLP as of counsel in the Real Estate Group from Andrews Kurth LLP in New York where he was counsel.

Mr. Liebman concentrates his practice in real estate, real estate financing, leasing and brownfield transactions. His work in these areas includes extensive experience in negotiating and documenting complex real estate transactions, retail commercial lease negotiating experience, experience with national broker networks, and familiarity with new construction issues.

He is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School (J.D., 1980), Baruch College, City University of New York (M.B.A., Finance and Marketing Management, 1977), and the University of Denver (B.A., Economics, 1973).
