Schiff Hardin LLP's Eliot S. Jubelirer to Speak at the Asbestos Litigation Course Study

Eliot S. Jubelirer, a partner in Schiff Hardin's Product Liability and Litigation Groups in our San Francisco Office  will be speaking at the course study "Asbestos Litigation: Where is it Going? When Will it End?," December 4-5 in San Antonio, Texas.  This advanced course by the American Law Institute and the American Bar Association (ALI-ABA) examines all aspects of asbestos litigation. Mr. Jubelirer, who has 30 years of asbestos and toxic tort defense experience will be speaking at the sessions, "The Mesothelioma Case" and "Active Jurisdictions: California."

Mr. Jubelirer has varied and extensive experience in toxic tort and product liability litigation, commercial litigation, legal malpractice litigation, and construction defect cases. He has tried numerous jury trials, court trials, and arbitrations to verdict. Mr. Jubelirer is a nationally recognized speaker on toxic torts, occupational lung injuries, and asbestos litigation.
